Payments & Withdrawal Policy
Payment can only be made by Visa or MasterCard through the online application system. Cash or cheques are not accepted due to the administration load of receipting payments.
Entire Event Withdrawal
The following withdrawal policy will apply should you need to withdraw your application from the Contingent after being accepted.
|From Application to 30th June 2018||Full refund of all fees paid|
|1st July 2018 to 31st August 2018||Refund of fees paid less $400|
|1st September 2018 to 31st October 2018||Refund of fees paid less $1000|
|1st November 2018 onwards||No refund available unless covered by travel insurance policy (ie recent medical condition preventing travel etc)|
Pre-Tour Only Withdrawal
Refunds for this component cannot be guaranteed once your application is accepted. Any refund will be at the discretion of the Finance Manager.
